Register

The registration process for the Heart Club is quite simple. You will click on the link on the bottom of all the pages and enter all the required fields on the registration form. Once these details have been submitted an activation code will be SMSed to you to ensure that the you are registering your own mobile phone number.

Once you have received your code you can go to the activation screen to enter your mobile number, password and activation number which will then activate your account. If the account is not activated it will not be usable. Each mobile number can only be used once.

If you lose your activation code you can resend your code via the Resend Code link found on the login screen which will simply require your mobile number.

Logging In

As a user of the Heart Club you will be able to view all content without first logging into the site. This will allow you to first see what is on offer before having to register for the service. Once you would like to make any transaction of points you will first need to log in. This includes “burning” points to buy a ringtone, wallpaper, enter an event or competition.

Your point information will be shown on the top left once they have logged in with a small welcoming message.

Forgotten Passwords

If you forget your password a new password can be created for you and SMSed through to you via the forgot password link on the login page.

The system will randomly generate a password for you and SMS it to the mobile number provided. The mobile number has to match the mobile number of the account.

Change Password

If you would like to change your password you can do so via the change password link on the bottom of each page. This link will only show you are logged in. You will simply need to enter your new password twice and it will be changed.

Current Track

The current track will display the artist and track that is currently playing on Heart FM. You will be able to view the details but only if you are logged in will be able to vote out of 5 hearts for that track.

You will also only be able to vote once per track so that results do not get skewed in any way.

The Track can also be banned which will be your way of saying you do not actually like the track at all.

Once you have voted or banned the track and that track ever comes up again while you are on the Mobi site, it will simply display your previous choice.

Competitions

This section will list all the current competitions offered through the Heart Club. If you can enter the competition via the Heart Club a points indicator will show informing you how many points are needed to enter. If “N/A” is shown then the competition cannot be entered on the Heart Club but is rater an advertisement.

To view the competition’s details you can click on the view link next to the competition. This will show the competition with any related image and details. If the competition has a points associated with it an enter link will be displayed allowing you to enter the competition via the Heart Club Mobi site. You may enter as many times as they like until you have no more points.

Events

This section works exactly the same as the above Competition section with the distinction of events rather than competitions.

DJs

Here you will be given a list of DJs which can be selected from. Once you have made your choice and clicked on the select button details of the DJ’s show name, times and show description will be shown alongside an image of the DJ.

Ringtones

Here a list of ringtones will be shown that can be downloaded from the Heart Club. The song title and how many points it is worth will be shown here. To download the song the user will click on the download link.

If you have not logged in yet you will be asked to login first. If you click download and don’t have enough points a message will be shown informing you that you do not have enough points.

If you don’thave the correct amount of points then those points will be deducted and a transaction created.

Wallpapers

Wallpapers work the same as ringtones with one distinct difference that you need to select the size of the wallpaper that you want. As different mobile phones have different screen sizes you would need to select the size suitable for your mobile phone.

Point Transactions

Every time you purchases anything on the Heart Cub for points a transaction is created that will log the purchase. This transaction log will be linked to you from which reports can be drawn.
