Nick Feinberg joins Phat Joe every morning for the breakfast show, between 6 and 9 am. His biting wit has caused controversy since his first day on-air in 1999. His ‘Groot bek’ has often got him involved in emotive social and political issues - frequently gaining praise, sometimes sneers, but he always garners attention.
Born and bred in London to exiled South African parents, Nick returned to South Africa in 1994. The shift in continents was made easier

by the realisation that his passion in life, football, was shared by the majority of his fellow South Africans.
Nick preaches positivity about the future of South Africa, while remaining acutely aware of the difficulties we all face. My motto: “after all, we’re only humans being”.
Nick has picked up numerous awards including the Western Cape Electronic Sports Journalist of the year on three occasions.
