Kind of weird sitting between two men on radio tonight - its an intimate space, and we were speaking a lot about penises and erections tonight so was made more aware of being between these two men. We women really don't get this penis thing , the pain of not being able to control and manage it to one's own satisfaction. Must be so awful. It is awful. Well this si the discussion for next week..

It was wonderful to have my colleague Dr. Lloyd Lang in the studio with Diggy and I tonight. Lloyd is a psychiatrist and sexologist, ex South African and here on holiday - so i grabbed him for the show tonight. It is so important that you listeners get exposed to a variety of people, so called experts and more importantly , just each other, so we can all learn about love and life and laughter and joy.

Lloyd spoke about the 5 love languages - its interesting conversation to explore with your partner- how does he/she best like to express their love and what kind of expression makes them feel most loved? Is it through words of affirmation, gifts, time shared, physical touch, task sharing (acts of service) ? I told Lloyd I want them all and that I like to express love though all 5 of these languages - what does that make me? He replied "greedy". And I guess I am.

Go on be greedy, expect the most from a partner and give the most you can.
